Meet the Owner
Adele Barone, Principal Consultant, prides herself on supporting business owners and executives by providing top-level online consulting services. While she excels in all aspects of business, her interests and specialties are in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Employee Engagement. She prefers to go by the title of "Manager of Chaos" as she is known by her clients and colleagues for her ability to turn what most deem as chaos into structure and organization.
With her expertise in HR, she especially loves the challenge of assisting companies with improving their employee engagement strategies. A company would not be successful without their employees, and she finds that building and fostering these positive relationships through developing transparent and supportive company cultures is critical to a business reaching their goals.
Before starting her business, Adele spent over 15 years in the corporate arena. She has practical experience in the real estate and mortgage, manufacturing, and educational services sectors. After a successful career managing cross-functional teams in these areas, Adele now provides tailored services to ensure small businesses and entrepreneurs can compete and succeed.
Adele enjoys reading a good book, volunteering in her community, and writing in her spare time. She also never misses an opportunity to see new places with her family.
